Is Kate Middleton Getting Cancer Treatment in Houston? Kensington Palace denies rumors

For several weeks, rumors have been circulating on the Internet suggesting that Kate Middleton is being treated at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. The conspiracy theory was amplified in a now-viral TikTok, which referenced a recent Reddit post, in which a user shared hearing that the Princess of Wales had stayed at the St. Regis Houston while in town to seek treatment.

According to a new story in the Houston Chronicle, A representative for Kensington Palace confirmed that these rumors were false. THE the Chronicle also contacted MD Anderson Cancer Center, which declined to comment due to patient confidentiality laws.

The Princess of Wales announced her cancer diagnosis in a video last March (look above)“In January I underwent major abdominal surgery in London and at the time it was thought that my condition was not cancerous. The operation was a success. However, tests carried out after the operation revealed the presence of cancer. I was therefore advised to undergo preventative chemotherapy by my medical team and I am now in the early stages of this treatment. This was of course a huge shock, and William and I did everything. what we could to process and manage this privately on behalf of our young family.

Since this announcement, there has been no real update on Kate’s health. In May, a senior royal aide said the Princess of Wales “will return to work when she has received the green light from doctors,” but did not specify what that green light would look like, nor share a specific timetable for the Kate’s return to royal duties. .

Last weekend, the Princess wrote a letter to the Irish Guards, apologizing for missing their rehearsal of Trooping the Color. Next weekend is Trooping the Color, the annual King’s Birthday Parade, which the entire royal family usually attends. It is not yet known whether the princess will make an appearance or not.
