Natale Builders plans to donate $100,000 from the sale of a home currently under construction in North Amherst to Make-A-Wish Western New York.

Work has started on the house located in the second phase of the Miller’s Crossing housing development, near New Road, and the property is already on the market, according to a statement from the developer and the charity. Construction is expected to take six to eight months.

The 20 or so contractors involved in building the home donated part, if not all, of the cost of their services on the project.

The three-bedroom, 2,700-square-foot residence is listed at $799,000 and, if the home sells for that price, the developer expects to make a $100,000 contribution to support Make-A-Wish.

This is the third Natale House that will generate contributions to the charity. The sales of the previous two homes resulted in a total donation of $150,000 to the local Make-A-Wish chapter.
