Meet the Adorable Lawnmower Goats at the Houston Arboretum

HOUSTON – Why do you need a lawn mower when you have over 100 goats to do it for you? 😜

Goats from Rent-A-Ruminant Texas have once again returned to the Houston Arboretum to help “mow” – or feed – the overgrown vegetation in areas around the trails.

They were supposed to come here a few weeks ago, but the storms in Houston changed their plan somewhat.

It’s always a great fun activity for the whole family to experience, and this year you can find the goats in a 3-acre area along the Outer Loop between the South Meadow Trail and the Muscadine Trail.
