CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) – A former McDonald’s employee is again accused of sexually abusing a teenage co-worker, just weeks after she was charged with a nearly identical crime.

Taylor English, 29, of Curwensville was charged with sexual assault, enticement of a minor and aggravated sexual assault after a 16-year-old co-worker went to state police in June 2023. These charges come just weeks after English was accused of raping another underage co-worker behind a hotel next to McDonald’s in Clearfield.

According to court documents, the sexual assault and rape occurred around the same time in June 2023. In the latest indictment, the 16-year-old girl said she and English had consensual sex on two separate occasions, with her asking him to stop each time, but he refused.

The teenager was able to give police clothing that they were able to extract DNA from. According to the criminal complaint, English said he never had sex with the teenager and that his DNA was not found anywhere on her clothing. With his consent, a DNA sample was then taken from English.

State police sent the samples to their lab. Investigators noted in the complaint that the DNA on the clothing was “18 quadrillion times more likely” to have come from English than from anyone else.

We learned from an earlier criminal complaint that McDonald’s ultimately terminated English from his job. The owner and operator of the store later provided a citation.

“I was devastated when I learned of these allegations last summer. As a small business owner here in Clearfield, it is critical to me that my employees feel safe and protected at work. Harassment or assault of any kind has absolutely no place in our organization. Immediately upon learning of these complaints, we took action to suspend and ultimately terminate this former employee.”

In May, English was charged with the rape of a teenage co-worker and released on bail. He was arraigned again on Monday, June 10, but this time he was booked into the Clearfield County Jail and bail was set at $25,000.
