Police pursue transit bus in high-speed chase near Atlanta

ATLANTA (WANF/Gray News) – Police pursued a Gwinnett County transit bus in a high-speed chase that began on Interstate 85 Tuesday afternoon.

The bus struck several vehicles during the chase.

Atlanta police said they responded to 45 Ivan Allen Junior Boulevard NE regarding a dispute on a Gwinnett County transit bus. Police said when they arrived, the bus was gone. Police said they were working to stop the bus.

Shortly after, video from the scene showed the bus stopped and several people got out. A person was then seen being taken into custody.
