TBI issues alert for missing Claiborne County girl

CLAIBORNE COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued a child endangerment alert for a Claiborne County girl on Tuesday.

TBI issued the alert on behalf of the Claiborne County Sheriff’s Office for 5-year-old October Cooper.

October is described as being 97 cm tall, weighing 22 kg and having blonde hair and brown eyes.

According to the TBI, October is believed to be staying with her non-custodial mother, Victoria Cooper, who is wanted by the CCSO for custody violations.
