The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office announced on June 6 that they were looking for a man in a gold truck who went on a road rage and shot two people on a go-kart.

Officers said the 18-year-old and 12-year-old told them they were riding their go-karts when a man began to chase them. He then allegedly took a cross-barrel shotgun and fired at the victims.

Ashbury is charged with two counts of first-degree assault and discharging a firearm into a building or vehicle.
