According to preliminary police reports, two people were killed in separate accidents on Arkansas roads on Tuesday.

OB Green, 82, of Strong died about 12:55 p.m. after the 2011 Chevrolet he was driving south on Aurelle Road near Strong left the road and struck a tree, rolled several times and eventually landed on its roof, according to an Arkansas State Police report.

A police officer investigating the accident reported that the weather at the time was cloudy and the road was dry.

Anthony Bailey, 38, of Van Buren died around 11:04 p.m. when the 2015 Harley-Davidson motorcycle he was riding northbound on Arkansas 271 in Fort Smith collided with a 2015 Honda that had turned onto Jacobs Avenue in front of him, a Fort Smith police report said.

Bailey was thrown from the motorcycle and suffered fatal injuries, but the driver of the Honda was uninjured, the report said.
